Laurel Creek- No homes for sale at this time.   We have lots available for smaller ranch homes with 2 car garages (approximately 1250 sqft heated area). These homes (including lot) are priced around $135,000 to $140,000.  Laurel Creek is located off of Haywood Road in the Secrest Short Cut Road area in Indian Trail, NC.  Call Wendy Love for more details.

Appaloosa Pointe- No homes for sale at this time.  We have larger wooded and open lots (approximately 3 acres) available in this area.  These homes (including lots) are priced in the $300,000 to $400,000 range.  Appaloosa Pointe is located near Parkwood High School of Union County on Lathan Road near the intersection with Rocky River Road South (Hwy 522).  Call Wendy Love for more details.

The Homestead, Lathan's Pond and Hidden Meadows- No homes for sale at this time.  We have larger wooded and open lots (approximately 1 to 3 acres) available in this area.  These homes (including lots) are priced in the $190,000 and up range starting at about 1800 sqft and larger.
